سياسة الإرجاع واسترداد المبلغ

تلتزم Elegown بتقديم عبايات أنيقة وعالية الجودة وتوفير تجربة تسوق مريحة. يرجى قراءة سياسة الإرجاع واسترداد المبلغ بعناية قبل تأكيد طلبك.

1. Return Eligibility | شروط الإرجاع

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if the item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging.

يمكنك طلب إرجاع المنتج خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ استلام الطلب، بشرط أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم أو مرتدى أو مغسول، وأن يكون بحالته الأصلية مع التغليف الأصلي.

2. Items That Cannot Be Returned | المنتجات غير القابلة للإرجاع

For hygiene and quality reasons, items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, stained, or returned without original packaging may not be accepted.

لأسباب تتعلق بالنظافة والجودة، لا يمكن قبول المنتجات التي تم ارتداؤها أو غسلها أو تعديلها أو إتلافها أو تلطيخها أو إرجاعها بدون التغليف الأصلي.

3. Wrong or Damaged Item | المنتج الخاطئ أو التالف

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos or videos of the item and packaging.

إذا استلمت منتجاً خاطئاً أو تالفاً أو به عيب، يرجى التواصل معنا خلال 48 ساعة من استلام الطلب وإرسال صور أو فيديو واضح للمنتج والتغليف.

After verification, Elegown may offer a replacement or another appropriate solution.

بعد التحقق من الحالة، قد تقدم Elegown بديلاً للمنتج أو حلاً مناسباً آخر.

4. Refunds | استرداد المبلغ

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

بعد استلام المنتج المرتجع وفحصه، سنقوم بإبلاغك ما إذا تمت الموافقة على استرداد المبلغ.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where applicable. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

سيتم تنفيذ المبالغ المستردة المعتمدة باستخدام طريقة الدفع الأصلية، حيثما كان ذلك متاحاً. وقد تختلف مدة معالجة المبلغ حسب مزود الدفع أو البنك.

5. Return Shipping | رسوم الإرجاع

If the return is due to a wrong, damaged, or defective item, Elegown will arrange an appropriate solution.

في حال كان الإرجاع بسبب منتج خاطئ أو تالف أو به عيب، ستقوم Elegown بترتيب الحل المناسب.

For returns due to a change of mind, incorrect selection, or other reasons unrelated to a product defect, return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility.

أما في حال الإرجاع بسبب تغيير الرأي أو اختيار غير صحيح أو لأي سبب آخر غير متعلق بعيب في المنتج، فقد يتحمل العميل رسوم الإرجاع.

6. Exchanges | الاستبدال

If you wish to exchange an item for another size or eligible product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

إذا كنت ترغب في استبدال المنتج بمقاس آخر أو بمنتج مؤهل للاستبدال، يرجى التواصل معنا خلال 7 أيام من استلام الطلب.

Exchanges are subject to product availability and the item must meet our return conditions.

تخضع عمليات الاستبدال لتوفر المنتج، ويجب أن يستوفي المنتج شروط الإرجاع المذكورة أعلاه.

7. How to Request a Return | كيفية طلب الإرجاع

To request a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team and provide:

• Order number | رقم الطلب

• Customer name | اسم العميل

• Reason for return | سبب الإرجاع

• Photos/videos when applicable | صور أو فيديو عند الحاجة

8. Important Notice | ملاحظة مهمة

Elegown reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the conditions stated in this policy.

تحتفظ Elegown بالحق في رفض أي طلب إرجاع لا يستوفي الشروط المذكورة في هذه السياسة.

This policy applies to orders delivered within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

تنطبق هذه السياسة على الطلبات التي يتم توصيلها داخل دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.
